Available in three models, each Vipa ScissorGrip™ kit incorporates easy to use, high security push button locks and is able to cater for a multitude of applications. The lock mechanism uses the security slot available on most laptop models and other peripherals. Spacers are also provided for a snug fit to your computer, printer or monitor screen.
The standard Vipa ScissorGrip™ (SGA180) is ideal for securing any electronic device with a security slot. They are available with a black cable as standard and with white or pink cables to special order.
The Vipa ScissorGrip™ Duo (SGD240 is a double ended ScissorGrip™ with a longer 2.4m cable and allows you to safely secure two electronic devices together.
The Vipa ScissorGrip™ Plus 2 (SG+180) has one standard ScissorGrip™ cable and a shorter 0.35m cable. The short cable slides along the longer cable allowing another peripheral to be secured. Additional ScissorGrip™ Connect Cables (SGL035) are available if you need to secure further equipment.
To secure equipment, simply loop your cable around a large or heavy fixed object, place the lock jaws into the security slot and lock by pushing in the button on the rear of the lock. To unlock the cable again, use the security key supplied.
The Vipa ScissorGrip™ cables are supplied in a nylon storage bag.
