TOP-TEC Introduces FREE Delivery on all products
TOP-TEC has introduced a new pricing policy on 1st February 2012 that includes delivery to the UK Mainland excluding the Highlands and Islands on all products.
TOP-TEC, a story of innovation
TOP TEC is the trading name of Dalen Limited, a UK manufacturer operating from a base in Birmingham, England.
The TOP-TEC story began in 1957 as Amington Limited, providing engineering solutions for industry. In the1980s it developed a range of industrial products as well as extending its operation to include the manufacture of stands for world leading TV manufacturers under the name Dalen. In 1993 it choose an innovative way to deal with the theft of computers from its offices, it built its own IT security enclosures and on the advice of its local crime prevention officer it also sold them to its neighbours. From that seed has grown TOP-TEC, now a leading supplier of secure workspace furnishing, AV and ICT security products, whilst continuing to produce industrial access platforms, waste, materials handling and storage equipment.
The company is owned and managed by MD Clive Beardmore, an engineer and designer who has worked with Dalen since 1984. In an age of globalised and fractured supply chains TOP-TEC continues to design and manufacture in the UK enabling it to ensure the quality of its products throughout its supply chain and maintain its reputation as a high quality and cost effective supplier.
TOP-TEC Security is a member of the British Education Suppliers Association (BESA). ISO 9001-2000 approved and with many products LPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board) and 'Secured by Design' accredited, TOP-TEC Security offers the most effective security solutions on the market.
TOP-TEC Industrial is a member of the British Industrial Truck Association (BITA) and also holds the ISO 9001-2000 quality standard.
