Q. Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes, next day delivery to most parts of the UK is available for in-stock items on orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday (except Bank and Public holidays). Additional charges are applied for specified delivery times i.e. before 10.30am or Noon and weekend deliveries. The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, UK Islands and remote areas are excluded from the Next Day Delivery service.

Q. Are there areas where standard delivery does not apply? 
The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, UK Islands are excluded from the standard delivery service and additional charges to these areas may apply. In addition, we only deliver to a ground floor location. Delivery to other floors may be subject to additional cost depending on site access.

Q. Can I collect my order? 
Yes, please let your account manager know when placing your order, or let us know 24 hours before collecting. 

Q. What are your opening hours?
  • Monday - Thursday 8.30 am - 6.00 pm
  • Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
  • Saturday/Sunday - Closed
Q. Missing or damaged delivery and tracking?
If your goods have either been received damaged or are missing or for information on delivery tracking or proof of delivery, please contact our accounts services by either emailing accounts@top-tec.co.uk or alternatively by calling us on 0121 783 3838.

Q. Where can I find your Terms and Condition for sales and deliveries?

Q. Where can I find your Privacy or Data Protection Policy?
Our Privacy Policy covers all aspects of our data protection comittments and a summary can be found in our terms and conditions here and the full Privacy Policy can be found here.

Q. Is a key replacement service available?
Replacement keys for TOP-TEC products can be provided following usual security checks and accompanied by an official purchase order. You will need to provide either the key number, found on the original invoice, or the TT number found on the lock.

Q. Is payment on the web site secure?
When logged in, your traffic is secured with SSL encryption to protect you. Payment on this site is powered by PayPal, a globally respected internet payment portal that works closely with all the leading card service providers.

Q. What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal for online purchases. 

Q. How do I apply for a credit account with TOP-TEC?
We will usually require one or more Pro-Forma transactions before opening an account, and it is dependent upon the result of reference checking. You can request a credit account by email accounts@top-tec.co.uk.

Q. How do I know what my discount rate is?
If you are a reseller of our products and receive discount, you can view your discount rate and buy prices online. Once you have registered you will need to ask your account manager to update the account with your discount level, after which all pricing will show both RRP, and your buy price.

Q. Can I become a TOP-TEC reseller?
To join our reseller programme simply contact a customer services representative on 0121 783 3838.

Q. Do your products conform to the HSE or CE standards?
Our products are tested to meet all the relevant standards and requirements according to the appropriate European Directives. For queries about specific products, please email sales@top-tec.co.uk

Q. Can I visit TOP-TEC?
Absolutely! We are proud of our end to end manufacturing facility here at TOP-TEC and would be happy to show you around our factory and showroom. Contact a customer representative on 0121 783 3838 to book an appointment.

Q. Who are TOP-TEC?
TOP-TEC provides a range of products and services for the work place and for industry. In addition to extensive product ranges for IT, AV security and products for waste and materials handling our services include the planning, design, manufacture and installation of secure desks for both new build and refits; plus developing industrial solutions to meet specific customers needs. Whilst our products are sold both direct and through a range of sales companies, we only offer our solution services direct. TOP-TEC is the brand name of Dalen Limited and was founded in 1957.
