What are you most looking forward during your career in TOP-TEC?
Coming from South Africa, I really am looking forward to understanding the customer profile and taking on the challenges that lie ahead of me in the UK. It’s going to be interesting to see how I can adapt and apply my skillset in a market where the TOP-TEC products already dominate market share. The support received thus far from management and the team has been outstanding. I look forward to working with the team who I have no doubt, will keep me on my toes and be open to sharing their wealth of knowledge and experience gained.

Tell us something about you that most people don’t know.
Where to start …
My family and I have only been in the UK for 3 months, having lived all our lives in South Africa.
My career also spans from being a super-market shelf packer – culminating into a National Director of Sales before leaving South Africa.
I’m also quite sporty and have represented my country in several international baseball tournaments, played professional football up and till the age of 22. Perhaps the biggest surprise is that I have run 9 marathons, 15 half-marathons and participated in several endurance races in South Africa (Running, Trail Running, MTB and Road Cycling)!
Leroy joins us with a wealth of experience in the sales industry, and we are thrilled to have him as our Southern Regional Sales Manager. His proven track record of driving sales success and ready-to-learn mindset make him a valuable addition to our team.

Behind my work life lies a huge martial arts enthusiast with a black belt in kickboxing. Adding a touch of flair, I can also seamlessly execute splits!
Vikramajit joins us as our Channel Sales Account Manager. With a strong background in customer service and account management, he is an accomplished salesperson who is prepared to assist our sales team in offering our clients exceptional service.
He will add strength in depth to the team and help support in meeting the needs of our integrator partners.
