Why did you choose to work at TOP-TEC?
After being made redundant, I was determined to find a new job that would allow me stay close to home and my children, especially after many years of working remotely. I found out about the job opening at TOP-TEC, which perfectly matched my CV, and the convenience of a five-minute commute was also a bonus!
During the interview process, the supportive work environment they described, made me eager to be part of the team. I felt confident that this role would not only align with my professional skills but also provide a stable and fulfilling career.

What are you most looking forward during your career in TOP-TEC?
I’m looking forward to the challenge of a completely different marketplace and solution set. After many years in sales and account management, this is my first role with a manufacturer. I am eager to deepen my understanding of the entire process, from design, marketing and production all the way through to installing these exciting education projects!

Tell us something about you that most people don’t know.
I’ve recently received a certificate and pin for donating 10 pints of blood. I’m passionate about encouraging others to donate as well, as it’s incredibly rewarding to know how much this simple act can help people in need.
Tracy joins us with a wealth of experience in sales and account management and we are thrilled to have her as our Resale Account Manager! Her proven track record of success in this area proves she will be an invaluable member of the team.
