Derby College Group (DCG) were looking to refurbish one of their existing spaces and repurpose it as a brand-new Business Centre in collaboration with technology partner Fujitsu. The main objective for this new project was to help produce a high-quality facility which would be the focal point for partnership work with employers, other education providers and stakeholders.

This new building would help provide staff with a relaxing area for meetings and training sessions and a break away from the ever-busy hospital environment.

TOP-TEC were focused on specifying furniture for video conferencing rooms, boardrooms, flexible learning spaces, hybrid working areas and breakout spaces for informal meetings.
We were approached by the University of Liverpool who were refurbishing their staff offices and wanted to incorporate a ‘Hybrid Working’ scheme and provide a central hub where staff could collaborate both on site and remotely.

University of Greenwich had previously collaborated with TOP-TEC on several other projects which required a solution specifically tailored to their requirements that fulfilled key criteria. University of Greenwich wanted to engage with a trusted furniture solution provider that could create a bespoke solution.
SGUK required furniture solutions for a reception entrance, a workplace office, four meeting spaces and three training rooms. TOP-TEC were given the challenge to meet corporate branding, style, ergonomics and company dynamics to create an aspirational professional working environment.
